Place: Hammock Creek Golf Clubhouse
Time: 6:30 pm
Meeting Agenda: Agendas will be posted 48 hours in advance of meetings at all sub divisions bulletin boards.
Submission Policy: All applications must be submitted to Advantage Property Management on a completed Architectural Review Board Request for Modification and include the following:
Important Notice: Work Started before ARB approval is obtained is subject to a additional application as designaated by the ARB. All work MUST obtain the prior approval of the ARB. If there are any questions please contact Advantage Property Management.

- $25 Application Fee
- Site plan showing exact location of addition/modification
- Complete list and samples of materials and colors
- Landscape plans must include planting location, plant material and size of plants to be used
- Complete set of construction plans
- Residents name, address, telephone number and lot number
All applications will be reviewed within 30 days from receipt of complete application. Incomplete applications cannot be reviewed until all information has been received. All applications must be received by the ARB seven (7) days prior to the next ARB meeting to be eligible for review.
