Alarm Systems

All monitored alarm systems in Martin County are required to be registered with the county thought the tax office. There is a yearly fee and fines imposed for non registration and false alarms. Please use the link below to access Martin County requirements for alarm systems.

Preserve Areas

Hammock Creek Master Homeowners Association has been advised by Martin County Growth Management Department  that in a resent inspection it has been observed that Homeowners have been entering and disturbing  the Preserve Areas. The inspector has observed areas where the Preserve  has been disturbed and areas where vegetation and trees have been removed, accumulations of debris being dumped in the Preserve as well as residents planting exotic  vegetation in the Preserve Area. Additionally the inspector has found animal traps being placed in the Preserve Areas.
All activities by Homeowners that  are  contributing to  adverse Preserve impacts         must cease  immediately.
